Cable Television Service
If your cable television is showing black screen, be sure that your Set Top Box is turned on
and the green light is glowing. Also check to be sure that your remote control AND
television are on the correct input. These simple steps can save you the cost of a service
all of your connected devices such as phones, computers, and your
router. The router is what provides wireless connection to most devices. Reboot the
router by simply unplugging for 15 seconds and plugging back in to power.
If internet service is still out after rebooting router, please contact our support services.
